INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE CLAVIS HOUSE

Dear guests,

in Holiday House Clavis, certain house rules must be observed for the well-being of you and all other guests.

 

ARRIVES - DEPARTURES

Arrivals are scheduled after 4:00 p.m. Early arrival is possible by agreement, namely by calling +386 41 42 42 43 - ELIZABETA MARKOVIČ TOPLAK. Arrival at night must be announced at least one day in advance.

Departures are scheduled until 10:00 a.m. Later departure is possible by prior agreement, but only if the house is free that day.

 

GENERAL

Smoking is prohibited in the house, there is a balcony and a terrace where you can smoke and an ashtray where you can put out your cigarettes.

After 22:00 it is necessary to maintain order and peace, and to be considerate of neighbors.

We prepared the house with great joy and dedication. Since the walls are made of clay and the floor is wooden, special care and caution is required so that we can continue to share it with you and the other guests. The house was completely cleaned, so it is also necessary to continue to take care of order and cleanliness.

 

Please do not damage or remove objects intended for the accommodation and stay of guests in Clavis, and do not change the spatial layout. The guest is responsible for damage caused by his fault or by the fault of those for whom he is responsible and those who visit him. The amount of damage is determined by the host as part of the actual costs for repairing the damage.

The ventilation of the house is your concern. We just ask that you keep the doors and windows closed, especially in bad weather.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to lean over the windows or balcony railing. Windows may only be used to ventilate the premises. Please do not flush tampons and pads down the toilet.

House slippers are provided.

 

The kitchen is modernly equipped, with a dishwasher (instructions for use are included), all the necessary cooking utensils, eating utensils, coffee machine, water heater, hand mixer, baking pan and basic necessities for food preparation (salt, sugar, pepper, coffee). Since we have chosen quality household equipment for you, we ask you to handle it with care and caution.

For cleaning, you have rags, cleaners, sponges, a broom, garbage bags at your disposal.

Toilet paper, hair dryer, hand soap, shower soap, ear sticks, movable mirror, tissues, shower caps and much more are available. If necessary, you will find additional bedding, towels, iron, lamps, extra batteries in the chest of drawers in the hall.

We have also prepared an offer of drinks and local delicacies for you, and we have also set up a box for contributions.

Parking for guests is arranged directly in front of the house.

Animals are allowed as long as they are clean and socialized. Take care of their comfortable stay yourself.

The host does not assume any responsibility for money, jewelry, securities and other items kept by the guests in the house or cars.

Wi -Fi is available to you, and we have also set up a tablet for you. You have the EON application loaded on it, with the help of which you can watch various TV channels. On the tablet, you will also find icons with links to inns and restaurants, where you will find a rich local gastronomic offer, further also shops selling local delicacies, important tourist spots, thermal baths, companies, historical and cultural attractions. Basically anything that can fill your time and interest. The daily data transfer limit for internet use is 10GB.

The Finnish sauna is available 24 hours a day. You can set its operation as much as 5 hours in advance and it will be waiting for you at the scheduled time suitably heated. There are two rotary knobs on the right side of the oven. One for temperature from 0 to 90 degrees Celsius and the other rotary knob is a timer that counts down the time. The white bold line is the time the oven is turned on and can run for four hours. If, for example, you want your sauna heated in 5 hours, set to the beginning of the thick line and add another 5 hours. Set the desired temperature. The door to the sauna must be closed at all times. Also pay attention to the rules of the sauna , i.e. do not stay in it longer than 15 minutes. It is necessary to take a shower before and after the sauna. Sheets and bathrobes are available in the rooms.

 

A sparkling hot tub is also available 24 hours a day. It is designed for a maximum of three people. It is heated to a temperature of 36 degrees Celsius and is in constant operation. However, when you want the nozzles to be additionally activated or the lights to turn on, it must be unlocked or activated. This is done by pressing the MEMO button twice on the control panel, this unlocks the control panel and allows all functions to be set. You will also find a booklet with instructions for use in the chest of drawers in the hall. Please take a shower, defecate before use and do not bring food or drink into the bubble bath. Bathrobes and towels are provided in the rooms. After the end of use, the tub must be covered with a lid. In this way, you will protect it from pollution and contribute to the efficient use of energy. Sitting or lying on the bathtub cover is prohibited.

Some lights turn on automatically; they have motion sensors. You will find the switch for the outside light on the lower covered terrace to the left behind the entrance door to the wine cellar. The key to the lower wine cellar is located in the kitchen on the sideboard. The wine cellar is also always at your disposal.

In case of fire, please use the fire extinguisher and call 112 immediately. Please inform us as soon as possible on the number ++386 41 42 42 43. The building is entirely wooden and made of natural materials, so the risk of fire is high. Please be aware of the dangers!

In case you need emergency medical help, also call 112. The doctor on duty is in Lendava (15 km), and the hospital is in Rakičan (20 km).
